The implementation of the state program “Socio-economic development of the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol” continues. This includes gasification of rural settlements of the republic. Glavgosexpertiza issued a positive opinion following the review of design and estimate documentation for the construction of the gas pipeline GDS “Veseloye” – urban settlement. The village of Goluboi Zaliv is located in a picturesque mountain amphitheater formed by the valley of the Limenka River and the ridge of the Ai-Petri Yayla. Gas supply to the settlement will improve the living conditions of the local population.
“Switching to environmentally cleaner gas fuel will allow the local population, as well as institutions and enterprises to abandon more expensive solid fuels or electricity, not to mention the practicality of such a solution, and will also improve the environmental situation,” – said Alexey Bogush, chief expert of the project of the GEP Service on production facilities of the Glavgosexpertiza of Russia.
The designed system will provide reliable and safe gas supply. The length of the gas pipeline route will be just over 14 km. About half will be laid underground along the Sevastopol highway and above the ground along the Yuzhnoberezhny highway. In places where the gas pipeline converges with the protected areas, the project provides for the narrowing of the construction strip in order to save the territory from the impact of construction.
The developer of the facility is the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Krymgazseti”. The general designer is Siminzhgaz LLC.
