On January 1, the stage of voluntary entry into the FSIS “Grain” of data on grain processing products began. Although processors will be required to enter such information into the system from March 1, a significant part of the participants in this market are already trying to work with the system: they enter information about flour, cereals and other products, draw up documents, set up business processes for working with the system. According to the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, as of January 8, 2023, 801 batches of grain processing products were created in the system, and shipping documents have already begun to be drawn up for these batches. The operator of the FSIS “Zerno” – FSBI “Center for Agroanalytics” – began training participants in a new stage of the system in advance. Thus, training events are held for grain processors, consumers of grain and products of its processing – the largest category of users, which includes bakers and confectioners, brewers, retail chains and small retailers, manufacturers of food.
