Clinical psychologist and neuropsychologist Lyudmila Maksimenko told what to do to fall asleep soundly, and what not to do at all.
A recent Superjob survey showed interesting results. It turns out that 44% of Muscovites dream about their work. And there are more women among them. The whole problem is that the brain of such people does not normally rest when they sleep.
“Some people do not follow the correct rituals before going to bed, stay at work for a long time, go to bed late,” said Maksimenko.
The psychologist advised me not to think about work at all before going to bed and to remember only pleasant moments. It is also important to always go to bed at the same time.
Another bad habit is to overeat at night, load your stomach with food. On the contrary, for sound sleep you need to walk and relax, the specialist added.
