The cheapest room in St. Petersburg is exhibited with a price tag of 1.04 million rubles. This was reported to Realty Times by experts from the specialized real estate agency Doli.ru, who analyzed the offer of lots worth up to 2 million rubles.
As they say in the message, in December 2022, 930 lots are exhibited on the market of rooms in St. Petersburg, the cost of which does not exceed 2 million rubles. At the same time, 786 proposals are located in 13 urban areas and 144 rooms in this budget fall on the suburban areas of the Northern capital.
The widest choice of objects in urban areas is now presented in the Vyborg and Nevsky districts – 100 rooms each costing up to 2 million rubles. At the same time, the minimum budget in the northern part of the city is 1.35 million rubles, and in the eastern part – 1.19 million rubles.
– The most modest choice of rooms worth up to 2 million rubles is currently presented in the Petrogradsky district of the city. In this part of the metropolis, there are only 22 such objects for sale. At the same time, the starting budget for objects of this format starts from 1.1 million rubles. This budget will allow you to purchase a room of 5.3 square meters. m. in a 6-room apartment. At the moment, this is the most budget option in urban areas, the report says.
Specialists stressed that the most affordable room in St. Petersburg in all districts of the city today is sold for 1.04 million rubles. For this amount, the buyer can afford an object with an area of 10.4 square meters. m., which is located in Kronstadt. The room is located on the 4th floor of a 4-storey building built in 1958.
