Spy action from the classic of new British cinema
Guy Ritchie, director of the cult films “Snatch” and “Cards, Money, Two Smoking Barrels”, decided to rethink the spy thriller genre. Together with co-creators Ivan Atkinson and Marn Davies, he made an action comedy in which he satirized the Bond clichés. But the main goal of the director was to make an entertaining movie, from which it is impossible to be distracted.
According to the plot, the scout Orson, nicknamed “Fortune”, received a new task: to stop the sale and distribution of deadly weapons. He teams up with the best operatives in the world, as well as a famous film actor, who will provide them with a convincing cover.
Starring Jason Statham, Aubrey Plaza, Hugh Grant, Josh Hartnett, Bugsy Malone, Cary Elwes, Eddie Marsan.
