According to the Russian Export Center, on January 19, 2023, the My Export platform will begin accepting applications for compensation of part of the costs of transporting agricultural and food products from Russian exporters.
Producers and suppliers of agricultural products will be able to compensate up to 25% of the costs of transporting agricultural products, which were delivered in the third and fourth quarters of 2022, as well as in the first and second quarters of 2023. Applications will be accepted until 18.00 Moscow time on November 1, 2023.
Russian agricultural products, despite all the restrictions, continue to strengthen their positions in the world market. Exporters are actively looking for and finding new ways for deliveries, adapting logistics and looking for new partners. Compensation for part of the transportation costs continues to be one of the most urgent measures of state support, which is in great demand among the domestic agricultural industry, said Alexei Solodov, Vice President of the Russian Export Center.
Applications are accepted on the My Export digital platform. The company can apply for a special support measure in its personal account on the My Export platform. To register on the platform, you will need a qualified electronic signature or a verified account of a legal entity in the ESIA system. After the exporter sends an application, the service automatically sends a request to the relevant departments through the information system of the authorities to confirm compliance with the goals and conditions for obtaining a support measure. After verifying the data of the exporter, the Center conducts an examination of the supporting documents of the organization, forms a conclusion on the provision of state support and sends it to the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia for a final decision.
