The rating of the most popular business-class new buildings in Moscow has been compiled. Analytics were carried out by employees of the real estate agency Est-a-Tet for RBC-Nedvizhimost.
It is noted that in 2022, 16,900 agreements for participation in shared construction (DDU) were concluded on the market of new business-class buildings in Old Moscow, and the Ostrov residential complex from the Donstroy developer is in first place in terms of the number of transactions for 12 months of last year. The facility is located on Nizhniye Mnevniki Street, not far from the Trekhovo metro station. It managed to sell 1197 lots.
The second place in the rating was taken by the residential complex “Symbol”, located in close proximity to the metro stations “Ploshchad Ilyicha”, “Rimskaya”, “Aviamotornaya”. In this project, 933 lots were sold last year.
In third place is the Residential Complex “Event” (metro stations “Aminevskaya”, “Michurinskiy Prospekt”) with 729 transactions. The fourth position was taken by Level Michurinsky residential complex (Aminyevskaya, Michurinsky Prospekt, 676 transactions), and the HighWay residential complex closes the top five leaders, located near Volgogradsky Prospekt, Dubrovka, Ugreshskaya metro stations (558 transactions).
According to analysts, the Ostrov and Symbol projects have taken a leading position primarily due to large supply volumes.
