Natalia Gridina, a dietitian at the online health management service Budu, told us what an ideal breakfast should be, which can saturate the body for the whole day. She noted that the food in the morning should be rich in proteins and contain vegetables.
“First and foremost, an ideal breakfast should contain protein. It can be white poultry meat, milk or dairy products (most importantly, not fat-free, since they have very little benefit for the body), eggs, fish (red, salty) with a high fat content. Fish is a source of vitamins D and group B, so it is very useful,” she said.
She recommended whole grain bread. It improves bowel function due to fiber.
You can also add avocado, tomatoes, lettuce or curd cheese to breakfast.
