Mumbai-based Dream11 has imposed fines on employees who harass their colleagues on vacation. It is reported by CNN.
The measure will allow employees to have a good rest, and companies to properly distribute the workload, the Dream11 management said. They clarified that workers who violate the ban with their call or message will have to pay 100,000 rupees (about 83,000 rubles).
