According to Agroexport of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture, as of December 25, in 2022, the volume of supplies of meat products from the Chuvash Republic abroad increased by 4.3 times compared to the same period in 2021 and amounted to 11.8 million US dollars. Poultry meat was exported from the republic, products were delivered to Asia. Agricultural holding CHUVA has become a major exporter. The company notes that Chuvash chicken feet are especially loved abroad, which in China (the main importer) are considered a delicacy. At the same time, this product is not in great demand in Russia and is most often used in the production of bone meal. In addition, in 2022, using cheap euros, the company managed to purchase imported equipment to modernize production and expand the product line.
