More than 380 tons of products were produced last year by the Vologda food industry enterprise Vozrozhdenie

Deputy Governor Mikhail Glazkov visited an agricultural consumer processing cooperative in the village of Ustye. The enterprise has been producing bread and bakery products, confectionery products, flour culinary products and pies for more than 15 years. The cooperative, headed by chairman Alexander Tikhanov, employs 45 people. A feature of the enterprise is that when baking bakery products, classic technologies are used on doughs and sourdoughs, which makes it possible to ensure the unique taste of Ustyansky bread. The range of manufactured products includes more than 70 items, and these are more than 16 types of bakery products, more than 30 types of pies and over 20 types of confectionery. In 2021, the enterprise produced 364 tons of products, increased the production of bread by 4.2%, pies by 10.3%, and confectionery products by 34.3%. In 2022, 380.4 tons of products were produced, a positive trend is noted.
