In the village of Ketovo, Kurgan Region, a solemn ceremony was held to open a new school building named after Rear Admiral V.F. Ivanov, which is designed for 1100 people.
The old school building was built more than 50 years ago and accommodated 650 children, teaching was conducted in two shifts. The introduction of the new building will allow the children to study in one shift. The first classes started on January 12th.
The Ketovsky school is literally crammed with the latest equipment – it will be used in the lessons of chemistry, biology, physics and other subjects. The guys are already working out in the new spacious gyms – there are four of them: for choreography, gymnastics, volleyball and basketball. There is a large dining room, a reading room, three sports fields on the territory…
