The construction of a 10-kilometer section of the road to the Pristenovsky farm has been completed. The new road facility, included in the program “Development of the Transport Scheme and Ensuring Safe Traffic in the Volgograd Region”, runs through the Surovikinsky and Chernyshkovsky districts, eliminates the transport gap and shortens the path from the village to the regional center by more than 70 km.
According to the regional committee of transport and road facilities, the entire range of necessary work has been completed at the facility: in addition to laying the roadway, contractors have laid 17 culverts, including a corrugated arch pipe across the Solonnaya River. Also, 66 road signs, 375 signal posts were installed, more than 2,000 linear meters of barrier fencing were installed.
