At the same time, the head of state stressed that reserves are also needed within Russia, and therefore it is impossible to “pull out” everything from the agro-industrial complex abroad. According to him, the enterprises could invest these funds in the result of the 2023 harvest, processing and animal husbandry.
The Russian leader also asked Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin to take control of this issue. “We cannot allow everything to be taken out of the country. Despite all the logistical restrictions and on freight there, on insurance, nevertheless, the flight will go, you understand. And it’s already coming. Therefore, we definitely need reserves, ”RIA Novosti quotes Putin.
