Moscow leads the ranking of Russian demand for real estate in Dubai. This was told by experts of the profile portal about the real estate market of the United Arab Emirates Emirates.Estate, who analyzed this dynamics.
Regional demand for the purchase of real estate in Dubai in December 2022 – January 2023 is headed by Moscow. Thus, the share of inquiries from residents of this metropolis is 57.1% of the total number of inquiries from all million-plus cities in Russia.
The second place in terms of interest in real estate in Dubai was occupied by St. Petersburg. The share of requests was 13.4%.
Also in the TOP-3 at the end of the last – the beginning of this year was Yekaterinburg. The share of requests from the capital of the Urals was 3.9%.
According to experts from Emirates.Estate, in December 2022-January 2023, the key factors in choosing real estate in Dubai by clients from Moscow were the price, location and status of the property.
