Izhevsk Plant of Thermal Equipment (IZTT), which is part of the Trade and Production Holding Rusclimat, has produced the first serial batch of thermal diesel guns of indirect heating under the Kalashnikov brand.

The new devices are a joint development of IZTT’s own design bureau and the Udmurt Federal Research Center of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The development of the equipment began in 2021 and was successfully completed in December 2022. At the same time, the first prototypes were produced and tested. The new thermal device has passed the necessary tests, meets all state standards and standards for this type of equipment, is certified on the territory of the Customs Union.
