On January 17, the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia approved a new concessional lending plan as part of Decree No. 1528 of the Government of the Russian Federation dated December 29, 2016. It provides subsidies for new short-term loans in the amount of 16.5 billion rubles and for new investment loans – 5 billion rubles. In this regard, as of today, acceptance of applications for preferential loans in all areas of intended use is open.
