About 5 thousand hectares of reclaimed land is planned to be attracted in the Saratov region at the expense of the national project

The Ministry of Agriculture of the Saratov Region, together with the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, is conducting an additional selection of applications for support from the federal budget for land reclamation projects within the framework of the regional project “Export of agricultural products” of the national project “International cooperation and export”. According to the agreement concluded with the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, this year it is planned to introduce 6.3 thousand hectares of irrigated land in the region. Of these, 6 thousand hectares are within the framework of the national project. Another 3,000 hectares will be put into operation through irrigation and drainage measures.
