Analysts of the World of Apartments portal analyzed data from 17 cities of the Moscow Region closest to the Moscow Ring Road. As they told the Realty Times, the average check fell by 2.9%.
According to the report, last year the dynamics of prices for apartments in the regular market of Moscow’s satellite cities per square meter rose slightly, but the total cost decreased solely due to a reduction in the average area.
The most expensive apartments in the near Moscow region are exhibited in Reutov (206,908 rubles per square meter, 11,017,666 rubles per object). Real estate in Krasnogorsk will cost about the same (203,947 rubles and 11,060,740 rubles), a little less in Khimki (196,402 rubles and 10,279,742 rubles).
The cheapest housing is in Shchelkovo, where a meter costs 128,167 rubles, and an apartment costs 6,445,051 rubles, Lytkarino (139,033 rubles and 6,253,577 rubles) and Podolsk (152,892 rubles and 7,740,567 rubles).
– On average, a square meter of “secondary housing” near Moscow has risen in price by 1.9% over the year and now costs 171,729 rubles. The average lot in the nearest Zamkadye fell by 2.9% to 8,688,750 rubles. Apartments in the secondary market of these cities repeated the general trend towards a reduction in area – over the year they decreased in size from 53.1 to 50.6 square meters, that is, by 2.5 square meters, the report says.
