Ensuring profitable and long-term growth of the domestic agro-industrial complex requires the timely modernization of enterprises and the introduction of highly efficient and at the same time resource-saving solutions into the production cycle. On the eve of the International Exhibition of Breeding, Feed, Veterinary Medicine and Technologies for Livestock, Pig Breeding, Poultry and Feed Production AGROS, the annual contest “Best at AGROS-2023” was held, in which active and innovative companies participating in the exhibition took part.
This year, record-breaking entries were submitted for the competition. 83 applications! Based on the results of consideration of the submitted projects, an independent expert jury determined 28 winners – the most demanded and adapted solutions for the Russian agrarian market — in three nominations: “The best product of AGROS-2023”, “The best feed solution of AGROS-2023” and “The best scientific development of AGROS-2023”. The awarding of the winners of the “Best at AGROS-2023” contest will take place on January 25 immediately as part of the official opening ceremony of the exhibition.
In the nomination “The best product of AGROS 2023″ The jury decided to award Grand Prix to 17 products. Among the winning projects are equipment for livestock and pig breeding and software for agricultural enterprises: milking parlour, goat milking carouselwhich allows to reduce the time of milking an animal by 30% (manufacturer – Dairymaster, dealer – ASK Alliance LLC), robotic milking machine “Wizard” (manufacturer – NPO Industrial Capital LLC, distributor – Sokol Technology LLC), cattle farm management system, software that is included in the register of Russian software (manufacturer – M-COMPLEX SOFT LLC), milk taxiwith dosing, 200 l, with pasteurization function with electric drive, BELARUS article PM-200 (manufacturer – Extraservice LLC, representative office in Russia – Agroferma LLC), glass enamel steel manure storage tanks with a service life of 50 years (manufacturer – SZAO ZAVOD SANTEKS), mobile manure separation plant (ICR) (manufacturer – GC BIOKOMPLEKS) and ventilation sleeve Alugros GSV-100, with low noise level and uniform air distribution (manufacturer – RusAgroSistema LLC).
The experts also identified interesting solutions in the field of feeding and veterinary care for farm animals and poultry: grain packing machine MZU-01K with preservatives application system and top loading (manufacturer – LLC “LILIANI”), set of equipment for the production of animal feed KOPC-5, with a capacity of 5 tons / hour (manufacturer – POLYMYA LLC, exclusive distributor in Russia – POLYMYA Trading House), silage cutter RS-2400, designed for batch extraction of silage and haylage (manufacturer – Gomelagrokomplekt OJSC, representative office in Russia – Trading House Gomelagrokomplekt LLC), synbiotic Kormomix® RUMIN to optimize the processes of cicatricial digestion and increase the assimilation of diet components by animals (developers – LLC PO Sibbiopharm, Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education RGAU-MSHA named after K.A. Timiryazev), HelMax Concentrate for hoof baths, based on glutaraldehyde -12.75% (manufacturer – AgroChemInk, exclusive distributor in Russia – Agro-Food RTF LLC), natural dry colostrum First Natural Guard (manufacturer – LLC A-1 First Genetic Company, supplier in Russia – LLC “Alta Genetics Russia”), vaccine against infectious mastitis and endometritis of cows inactivated “KOMBOVAC – ENDOMAST” in the form of a suspension for injection (manufacturer – LLC “VETBIOKHIM”, supplier in Russia – LLC “TD PROSTOR”), Bio-Shield Test Kit and Symmetric Green Test Strips for the detection of mycotoxins in agricultural raw materials and feed (manufacturer – PROGNOSIS BIOTECH, official distributor – ZINTIVO LLC) and corn hybrid “DORKA”, cold-resistant, early-ripening and adaptive (manufacturer – WOODSTOCK, representative office in Russia – Woodstock Rus LLC).
In the field of genetics, gene transfer center “Joy”aimed at the production of semen of elite boars of Danish breeds with the highest genetic value (Company “Otrada”).
In the nomination “Best feed solution AGROS-2023” Grand Prix was awarded to 7 companies. Among the best feed solutions – feed additive “Axion Swain”, which increases the milk productivity of sows and maintains it throughout the lactation period (manufacturer – CCPA, exclusive distributor – VIK Group of Companies LLC), premix for cows SweetEnergy to enrich the rations of freshly calved dairy cows (manufacturer – Koudais MKorma LLC), AKSTRA
PHY GOLD, biologically effective feed phytase (manufacturer – IFF (Danisko Animal Feeding and Health), supplier in Russia – ZAO Danisko), sunflower meal with protected protein EFKO FEED PRO SF 90 (manufacturer – EFKO JSC, EFKO Group, supplier in Russia – KRC EFKO-Kaskad LLC), complex silage starter “Silo Twice”, highly effective biopreservative for preserving haylage, silage, as well as flattened and whole grains of high humidity (manufacturer – NPO AGRO MENTOR LLC), dry whole milk replacer NUTRILACTPRO for feeding calves (manufacturer – Rusagro Group of Companies LLC) and “SAGARVA is a phytobiotic based on brown algae White Sea – Bubbly Fucus Fucus vesiculosus (manufacturer – OOO Nadvoitsky Plant TDM).
Four projects became winners in the nomination “The best scientific development of AGROS-2023”. In particular, the expert jury singled out work “Development and implementation of innovative methods reclamation agricultureproviding an increase in the economic efficiency of agricultural production and fodder production Republic of Tatarstan” (developers – FGBU Management “Tatmeliovodkhoz”, FGBOU Kazan State Agrarian University), cross carp “Sursky Small-Bone”which today is the first mirror cross of carp in Russia for pond fish farms (developer – VNIIR – a branch of the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution FRC VIZH named after L.K. Ernst, supplier – Rybkhoz Kirya LLC), cockpit cloud app, created to help farm managers for daily monitoring and evaluation of the efficiency of the enterprise (developer – Afimilk company), and software package with a mobile client PIG ID “Pig Phone”working in online and offline modes and not limited by the scale of the livestock of the farm (developer – MATRICA LLC).
