Since the beginning of 2023, 12 batches of fodder rapeseed cake with a total weight of 227 tons have been exported from the region to the People’s Republic of China, reports the Office of the Rosselkhoznadzor for the Novosibirsk and Tomsk regions.
For the first time, Sibirskaya Oliva started exporting rapeseed cake to China in December 2022. In total, for the period from December 20, 2022 to January 17, 2023, 52 batches of cake with a total weight of 1,068.96 tons were sent to Chinese partners.
Delivery of rapeseed cake is carried out by three types of transport. From the region, cargo in containers is sent by car to Novosibirsk, then it follows by rail to Vladivostok, from where it is delivered to China by sea.
The quality and safety of exported products are confirmed by the results of laboratory tests conducted in accredited laboratories of the Russian Federation.
Sending new batches of rapeseed cake from the Tomsk region to China strengthens the export vector, which began at the end of 2022.
