The authorities of Ingushetia in 2023 will allocate 93 million rubles for the development of start-up farms in the form of grant support. Also, 43 million rubles will be spent on the development of land reclamation, the press service of the head of the region said.
“In 2023, we will allocate 93 million rubles for grant support to start-up farmers. Owners of peasant farms will be able to use these funds for business development. The number of farmers who will receive grants is still unknown, since the acceptance of applications and documents from agricultural producers will start first, and then the selection of the winners of the competition will be made in strict accordance with the rules of the program,” the press service quoted the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the region Magamed Gagiev as saying. .
It is reported that 43 million rubles will also be allocated in the region for the implementation of land reclamation projects as part of the state program for the effective involvement of agricultural land in circulation and the development of the land reclamation complex of the Russian Federation.
“The implementation of state programs in the field of agriculture and support for farmers helps us improve the quality of life of rural residents, reduce unemployment and make agriculture in demand in the region. We have already set a good bar last year for the development of agriculture, and I expect that we will raise it annually, but not lower it in any way, ”the press service quotes the head of the republic, Mahmud-Ali Kalimatov.
The press service added that the grantees will be able to use the funds received for the purchase of plots from agricultural land, the purchase of cattle and small cattle, as well as poultry, material for fish breeding, equipment for the production and processing of agricultural products, seeds and plants, as planting material and construction of the necessary premises. State support in the form of grants will be provided within the framework of the federal project “Acceleration of SMEs” and the state program “Development of agriculture and regulation of agricultural products, raw materials and food markets.”
