The Russians were told about the innovations in tax legislation that will apply to property owners. This is reported by the publication RIA Novosti.
So, the message says, in 2023, the owners of land plots, parking lots, apartments and other objects will receive a single tax notice. This includes the land tax. For many, the amount of taxes will also change, because in 2022 the cadastral value of the plots was reassessed, but this will not happen in 2023, since payment will be made at the old cost, set on January 1, 2022.
For example: on January 1, 2022, the cost of the site was estimated at 1.2 million rubles, and after the revaluation, it increased to 1.5 million. In 2023, the tax will be calculated based on the cost of 1.2 million rubles, and in 2024 – already based on one and a half million.
In addition, in 2023, a state cadastral valuation of construction in progress will be carried out: buildings, premises and parking spaces. But the property tax rate will remain the same as before (from 0.1 to 0.3% of the cadastral value for ordinary apartments and 2% of the cost of luxury housing more than 300 million rubles).
However, it is worth noting that in connection with the revaluation, the cadastral value itself can not only increase, but also decrease.
