According to the results of last year, most requests for the purchase of real estate in Turkey came in October. This was told by experts from Alanya Property Sales, who analyzed the dynamics of Russian demand for real estate in the country in 2022.
According to the results of the fourth quarter of 2022, Russian demand for the purchase of real estate in Turkey increased by 10.67% compared to the third quarter of the same year and by 63.08% compared to the fourth quarter of 2021.
– The absolute peak of Russian demand for the purchase of housing in Turkey last year fell on October. In the tenth month, the number of buyer inquiries exceeded the average monthly result for 2022 by 64.05% and by 226.66% the same indicator for 2021, the Realty Times said in a statement.
The sharpest increase in consumer demand in terms of monthly dynamics in 2022 was noted in March and September. Thus, in the third month of the year, demand increased by 39.4% compared to February, and in September by 47.99% compared to August.
According to experts from Alanya Property Sales, in general, from January to December 2022, Russian demand for the purchase of real estate in Turkey increased by almost 2 times (+ 99.11%) compared to the result for 2021.
