In December 2022, the demand for rental property in Thailand from a resident of Moscow decreased by 19.96% compared to November of the same year. At the moment, the number of requests has been declining for two months in a row as part of the monthly dynamics.
Despite this decline, in December last year, the number of requests for property rentals in Thailand from Moscow was more than 3 times higher (+238.82%) than in December 2021 and 273.71% higher than in December 2020 of the year.
According to the experts of the Thailand-Real.Estate portal, in general, according to the results of the entire 2022, the capital’s demand for rental property in Thailand increased by 178.97% compared to 2021.
Last year, the peak of Muscovites’ interest in renting housing in Thailand came in October. In the tenth month, the number of requests exceeded the average monthly result for 2022 by 128.97%.
