Russian schoolchildren who study abroad will be issued documents on education based on the results of intermediate certification. The corresponding decree was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
The measure applies to students who cannot take final exams after grades 9 and 11 due to the actions of unfriendly countries. The option will be available for students who study at schools at embassies, and are also on distance learning or homeschooling.
