The athlete committed “finger penetration”, despite protests from the girl
Moroccan defender Ashraf Hakimi has been charged with sexual assault. Newspapers Le Parisen and L’Equipe write about it.
According to the publications, on February 26, a 24-year-old girl, whose name is not called, turned to the police. She announced a sexual intercourse with the participation of an athlete, committed without her consent.
The girl did not file a complaint against the football player, but the police officer reported the situation to the authorities. As a result, the prosecutor’s office became interested in the case.
The victim said that on January 16, she met Hakimi on social networks. On February 25, the athlete called the girl a taxi to his house in the commune of Boulogne-Billancourt in the western suburbs of Paris.
Despite protests from the victim, the football player began to kiss the girl, undress and touch her breasts, the girl said. Hakimi also penetrated her with his fingers. At one point, she kicked the athlete away and sent a message to a friend to pick her up.
So far, no formal charges have been brought against Hakimi.
Ashraf Hakimi joined Paris Saint-Germain from Inter Milan in 2021 for €67m. He is called one of the best flank defenders in the world.
At the last World Cup in Qatar, the footballer, together with the national team, reached the semi-finals of the tournament.
