Today (March 3), the order of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation dated November 2, 2022 No. 928 / pr “On approval of the classifier of capital construction objects according to their purpose and functional and technological features (for the purposes of architectural and construction design and maintenance unified state register of conclusions of the examination of design documentation for capital construction projects).
The order was published on the official Internet portal of legal information pravo.gov.ru. In turn, the order of the Ministry of Construction of July 10, 2020 No. 374 / pr, which approved the previous edition, was declared invalid.
The OKS classifier endows the object with a unified characteristic “functional purpose”, which provides the possibility of structuring information about objects in the context of the transition to information modeling, and also helps in maintaining the USRZ. It is in accordance with the classifier that the developer or technical customer indicates information about the object in the design task and in the project documentation.
