A production building with an area of more than 8,000 sq.m. has been put into operation in the Stupino Quadrat special economic zone; the company will be engaged in the production of frozen bakery products, the press service of the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region reports.
“Frozen Beck has been a resident of the SEZ Stupino Kvadrat since 2018. Now the investor has completed the construction of an industrial building with an area of 8.3 thousand square meters, where he will be engaged in the production of frozen bakery products. Investments in the project — over 1 billion rubles. The enterprise will create more than 90 jobs for residents of the Moscow region,” said Ekaterina Zinovieva, Minister of Investment, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region.
The production capacity of the enterprise will be 15 thousand tons of frozen semi-finished bakery products from filo dough (without yeast) per year.
The main consumers of the products will be public catering enterprises, cafes and restaurants, the HoReCa sector, the street food segment, as well as individual consumers.
