International Women’s Day is approaching, which means that men will run for flowers for beautiful ladies. Of course, it is nice to receive a bouquet – it will please everyone. But lately, the prices for such compositions are oh, what rather big ones, but they will cost nothing at all – a maximum of a week. Georgy Sukharzhevsky, a florist, told Sputnik radio how to save money on flowers.
The specialist acknowledged that flower products are becoming more expensive for the holiday – prices are raised by manufacturers, suppliers, and sellers.
If not giving flowers at all is not an option for you, then there are at least two ways to save money on buying them.
Firstly, pre-order on the 20th of Februaryuntil prices rise. But if you are reading this text, then most likely you are already too late. But nothing – the advice will come in handy next year. Now it makes no sense to place an order, the cost will hardly differ from the one presented in stores on March 8.
Another option to save your budget – congratulate the lady on March 9th. As a rule, the main peak of sales falls on the period until March 8, and after the holiday, stores that have bought more flowers than they need will sell the leftovers at reduced prices.
