The mother of three children from the capital refused to help, despite the fact that she has all the evidence of her husband’s cruelty, the Telegram channel “Caution, Moscow” wrote.
Maria Gakh and Pavel Kozlov have been divorced for a year now. The couple has three children – girls of twelve and four years old and an eight-year-old son. According to Maria, the relationship became unbearable when the ex-spouses began to decide in court who would raise the children.
The Muscovite said that the former behaves aggressively, raises his hand to her and scares the children. He intimidates relatives and neighbors who are on the side of the woman in this conflict.
Former husband and wife live in different houses, but in the same residential complex. According to Maria, Pavel sometimes broke into her at night. Some of his visits ended with a call to the police. Sometimes, after such meetings, a woman had to go to the hospital – she had four certificates of beatings in her hands.
It got a little better during the mobilization, because for the man “the children were a guarantee that he would not be called up,” Maria explained. Then he took the common son to himself and now prevents him from communicating with his mother and sister.
The woman wrote 15 statements to the police against her ex-spouse, but each time she was refused, because “beatings are family squabbles.” “He is a wealthy man, he said that my statements are meaningless, since he bribes the police,” she shared.
Maria’s ex-husband also writes statements against her. In his complaints, he points out that she allegedly leads an immoral lifestyle, does not look after children and is a representative of the LGBT.
Of course, children become hostages of such showdowns. Often they are forced to take the side of one of the parents. Sometimes this leads to tragedies, like the one that happened in the Bryansk region. There, a 10-year-old boy accidentally killed his mother while trying to protect her from his stepfather during an argument.
