It is clear that breakfast is the meal that will give you energy for almost the whole day, so it is critical not only not to skip it, but also to fill it with the right products. For example, sandwiches with cheese and sausage are immediately sent to the ban – these are the cases.
As nutritionist Irina Mansurova said, you also need to prepare for breakfast. Eating for the first time in a day costs from 7 to 9 o’clock, and before that it would be nice to pop a glass of water at room temperature. Attention, not cold, because it slows down metabolism and blood circulation, and women in general can be harmed with a cycle.
For breakfast, it is better to take something that gives strength and energy, for example, protein in the form of poultry, eggs, seafood or legumes. It would be nice to add complex carbohydrates to it, and these are not some kind of rolls, but whole grains (buckwheat, unpolished rice, oatmeal, quinoa, bulgur), whole grain bread and vegetables (fresh or al dente).
Fatty food immediately goes to the ban, because it will not give energy, but only take it away. And sweets will leave you hungry and chubby very quickly. Therefore, a nutritionist does not advise starting the morning with red or fatty meat, vegetables that are high in acid, fatty fast food or chocolate bars. Sandwiches with sausage and cheese are also not allowed, but you can with salmon or chicken breast and avocado. The stop list also includes fruit juices and fresh juices with high acidity and coffee. Such drinks will irritate the stomach and increase the likelihood of heartburn.
You should not have breakfast with cottage cheese, yogurt with sweet additives and processed cheese. If you really want to screw up yogurt, then you need to take a natural unsweetened one and eat it no earlier than a couple of hours after breakfast, or even before bedtime. Then it will be beneficial for digestion.
