Ruselectronics holding of the Rostec State Corporation has developed miniature resonators based on surface transverse waves (STW). They are distinguished by improved temperature stability and an extended frequency range. The products are used in radio receivers and can significantly increase the sensitivity, noise immunity and energy efficiency of the equipment.
A new line of STW resonators, created by the Omsk Research Institute of Instrument Engineering (part of Ruselectronics), is used in reference oscillators of radio receivers to improve communication quality. Improved performance is provided by extending the frequency range up to 1000 MHz.
