All Ryazan grain processors registered with the FSIS “Grain” by March 1

Ryazan grain processing enterprises are actively mastering the functionality of the FSIS “Grain”. According to the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, from the beginning of the year to February 27, information about 12.7 thousand tons of grain processing products was entered into the system. Of these, 9.6 thousand tons are flour, 0.1 thousand tons are breakfast products and 3 thousand tons are other products. All organizations of the Ryazan region engaged in grain processing, and these are 10 enterprises, have registered with FSIS “Grain”: nine of them produce flour, three – cereals. As a reminder, since March 1, entering information on grain processing products into the FSIS “Grain” has become mandatory. The stage of voluntary entry of such information started on January 1, 2023 and lasted two months.
