The Ministry of Agriculture of Russia conducts operational monitoring in the field of lending to the country’s agro-industrial complex. As of February 22, the total amount of loans issued by key banks for seasonal field work amounted to 110.7 billion rubles. This is 35.5% higher than the same period last year. In particular, Rosselkhozbank issued 59.3 billion rubles, Sberbank – 51.4 billion rubles. Over the same period last year, lending to agricultural enterprises for these purposes amounted to 81.7 billion rubles, including from the Russian Agricultural Bank – in the amount of 46 billion rubles, Sberbank – 35.7 billion rubles. …
