Yaroslavl factory will produce domestic raw materials for chocolate production

At the site of the Sobranie chocolate factory, located in the village of Varegovo, Bolsheselsky district, they plan to launch their own production of chocolate masses. At the end of last year, the company purchased the necessary equipment, and already in January conducted a test launch of production. Currently, laboratory studies and tastings of the resulting industrial batch of chocolate are being carried out. “In the future, the factory will be able to produce all product lines exclusively on the basis of its own chocolate masses and glazes, as well as using its own fillings,” said Valery Kholodov, Deputy Chairman of the Regional Government. “So the company will be able to reduce its dependence on foreign suppliers, thereby solving the key task of import substitution.
