The next country to be shaken by the most powerful tremors, after Turkey, will be Greece. This statement was made by local scientists, who noted that now the country is on the verge of an earthquake, with a magnitude of about 8.5 on the Richter scale.

According to experts, the accumulation of tectonic stress continues in the region, after which a strong shock will certainly occur, following the example of a devastating earthquake in Turkey. Greece today is also in a zone of increased seismic activity, professors Kostas Papazakos and Konstantinos Sinolakis emphasize.
Earlier, according to them, earthquakes with a magnitude of 7.2 to 7.5 have already occurred in the country. Moreover, scientists are convinced that the power of the new earthquake will be noticeably higher and reach 8.5 points, which is a very serious indicator that threatens even more massive destruction than those faced by Turkey.
