“The tunneling machine manufactured by the Yasinovatsky Machine-Building Plant (DPR) in cooperation with the Ilma (Tomsk) and TorgInvest (KEMZ Kemerovo) enterprises will be used for mining operations at a diamond mining enterprise in Yakutia. The equipment fully complies with the import substitution program,” said a representative of the Government of the Donetsk People’s Republic.
