American actor, star of the film “Saving Private Ryan” Tom Sizemore died on March 3. This was reported to Variety by his manager Charles Lago.
On February 18, Sizemore collapsed at his home in Los Angeles and was taken to St. Joseph’s Hospital in Burbank. Doctors determined that the actor had a stroke as a result of a ruptured brain aneurysm. Since then, he has been in a coma in the intensive care unit.

On February 27, Sizemore’s family was told at the hospital that there was no hope of his recovery. On March 3, the actor was taken off life support. According to the manager, at that moment, Sizemore was next to his 17-year-old sons and brother.
Tom Sizemore’s career began in the late 80s. He played in the films “Point Break” by Katherine Bigelow, “Natural Born Killers” by Oliver Stone, “Pearl Harbor” by Michael Bay and “Heat” by Michael Mann. He is best known for his role as Sergeant Michael Horvath in Saving Private Ryan by Steven Spielberg.
