The first republican agricultural fair was held in Makhachkala in 2023

On Saturday, March 4, a republican agricultural fair was held in Makhachkala, timed to coincide with the upcoming International Women’s Day. The trading floor was visited by Deputy Chairman of the Government of Dagestan Nariman Abdulmutalibov, Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Dagestan Mukhtarbiy Adzhekov, and other officials. They walked around the malls and talked to both farmers and buyers. Agrarians and processing enterprises from all cities and regions of the republic presented their products at the fair. They brought meat, dairy products, vegetables, fruits and much more. The quality of the goods sold was controlled at a mobile veterinary laboratory, the Federal Agrarian Research Center of the Republic of Dagestan was presented separately, which exhibited seedlings of fruit crops of its own selection.
