After Gracheva’s husband took her to the forest and cut off the hands of both hands, the doctors managed to save one of them, and instead of the second one they had to install a prosthesis. Margarita’s husband was sentenced to 14 years in prison, and the woman herself divorced him and remarried in 2019.
After the tragedy, the girl went into rehabilitation and became a blogger. In social networks, she supported people with disabilities and talked about the dangers of domestic violence, because of which she almost died.
