However, for some gluttons, it will not work. Therefore, Nuria Dianova, in an interview with Sputnik radio, gave some simple advice on how to eat a lot, but not feel heavy weight in the stomach.
“When overeating, a little activity helps a lot – it can be movement within the apartment, a walk in the fresh air. During a feast, for example, on March 8 or on a birthday, guests need to come up with different activities: contests, dances, ”said Dianova.
The specialist warned that it is necessary to be active with caution. For example, do not lean forward, as the contents of the stomach can fall back into the esophagus. This is due to the fact that many people do not close the esophageal valve.
You can also alleviate your condition when overeating, if you take special drugs. However, Nuria Dianova emphasizes that this is far from the best solution. It’s better to just watch what you eat and how much.
“There are enzyme preparations, people actively use them. In my opinion, this dampens the eating habits a bit. Man suits himself "swing": first he overeats, and then he tries to save himself, ”Nuria Dianova said.
Among other things, to quickly empty the stomach of not fully digested food, you can drink soda. However, a nutritionist does not advise doing this, since this does not at all improve digestion.
