On March 15, an online seminar of the Glavgosexpertiza of Russia will be held on the topic “Linear objects: topical issues and typical comments of the examination”. Expert lecturers will discuss with the participants complex and typical issues when assessing the design documentation of linear capital construction facilities and comment on the latest changes in the legislation in the field of urban planning.
In particular, the seminar is planned to consider the basic requirements for design documentation and materials of engineering and environmental, engineering and geodetic surveys provided for testing technological and design solutions, sanitary and epidemiological safety requirements, cost-effective technological and design solutions for roads.
Lecturers focus on complex and typical issues of ensuring structural reliability and safety in terms of surveying the technical condition of building structures of buildings and structures, highlight the specifics of engineering and geodetic surveys of linear objects in the program, report and estimate, and so on. In addition, topical issues of conducting state expertise of road and rail transport facilities, including in terms of the implementation of noise protection measures, will be considered, an analysis of the errors most often encountered when considering the results of engineering and environmental surveys of linear facilities will be carried out.
“The identified issues will be of interest to representatives of the executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, local governments, specialists from design, survey and expert organizations, customers and contractors. We will try to highlight the topic of design and examination of linear facilities by each participant in the investment and construction process”, – commented the head of the Crimean branch of Glavgosexpertiza of Russia Alexei Zhuravlev, who will open the seminar and act as a moderator of the round table, which will traditionally end the event.
