The ZIL Peninsula was named the most suitable area for women to live in Moscow. This was told by the specialists of the Rodina group, who prepared a list of 12 locations of the historical capital.
The rating was compiled from places that have new business and premium real estate located near the center, which implies a large number of kindergartens, schools, beauty and gastronomy establishments, as well as places for walking and jogging near water bodies. Additional parameters were also taken into account in the evaluation, for each of which the locations were assigned a bonus point.
Thus, the ZIL peninsula took the lead by a wide margin, which managed to score 15 points for proximity to the center, unhindered access to water and park areas. Also in the location there is a sufficient amount of business infrastructure, a sports cluster, decorated public space and unique infrastructure facilities.
The Pokrovsky-Streshnevo coastline took the second position in the rating with nine bonus points for, obviously, direct access to water and parks. In addition, the location pleases home buyers with sports facilities, stadiums, medical and wellness infrastructure, decorated public space and unique objects nearby.
The Western Rostokino location also scored nine points in terms of low building density, direct access to water bodies and parks. The presence of a sports cluster, a stadium, medical institutions, business and wellness infrastructure was also assessed. The objects in the location have excellent visual characteristics, and there are unique infrastructure facilities nearby.
Mnevnikovskaya floodplain got into the rating with six points. Big City and the Left Bank of the Danilovsky District scored five bonus points each, Luzhniki, Central Balchug, Ramenki four each, and Leninsky Prospekt, Khimki Reservoir and Nagatinsky Zaton each three.
The report notes that the Danilovsky district and the Pokrovskoye-Streshnevo district are the most expected in the rating, since their development is considered to be grandiose and even unique urban development projects, but Rostokino has relatively recently managed to break into the top of the most attractive locations. The impetus to this process was given by the formation of the SOYUZ sports and recreation innovation cluster there.
