The Ochakovo railway station opened on March 6 in the west of the capital after reconstruction. It is located on the Kaluga direction of the Moscow Railway (MZD) and will be part of the future fourth Moscow Central Diameter (MTsD-4).
Ochakovo station was opened in 1899. It is located in the Ochakovo-Matveevskoye area between the Aminevskaya and Meshcherskaya stations. The main passengers of the station are residents of nearby microdistricts and employees of enterprises located in the neighboring industrial zone.
The railway platform before the start of work did not meet modern standards of Moscow transport. Reconstruction of the station began in 2020 as part of the MCD-4 project.
