Molzhaninovsky district of Moscow is the leader in terms of the number of lots in new comfort-class buildings for sale. Such data is shared by the Izvestia newspaper with reference to the calculations of the analytical platform bnMAP.pro.
In particular, it is noted in the message, 1766 comfort-class lots are exhibited in the Molzhaninovsky district. These are eight buildings in two large projects.
The second place is occupied by the Ochakovo-Matveevskoye district (1691 apartments), however, the projects are not so large, and therefore there are many more of them: 30 buildings in six projects. And Zapadnoe Degunino closes the top three (1396 apartments, 23 buildings and nine projects).
Also, places in the top 10 were occupied by Lyublino (1349), South Butovo (1190), Metrogorodok (1021), Mitino (899), Nagatino-Sadovniki (868), Otradnoye (822) and Golovinsky district (820 apartments).
But the minimum number of such lots was noted in Maryino – only two apartments are sold in one building. In 69 districts of old Moscow, such lots are not on display at all.
At the same time, during the year the cost of a square meter of comfort class increased by 1% – up to 297.287 thousand rubles.
