The spare parts store was opened at the end of February on the basis of the Oryol dealer center of the Terra Group Group. The company’s investments in the offline spare parts store project amounted to 35 million rubles, most of which fell on the products themselves. The opening of the site was visited by more than four dozen representatives of agricultural enterprises of the region.

In a 350 sq. m. presents both original and imported spare parts and consumables for Russian and foreign-made equipment, including John Deer, Deutz Fahr, Kverneland, Amazone, Gaspardo, Gomselmash and others.
The store in Orel is the first in the dealer network. To date, more than 5,000 product items are available here with a perspective of maintaining the stock at a level of at least 5,000-7,000 positions even in the high season.
For the convenience of farmers, the dealer center provides full-cycle services, including the possibility of delivering spare parts, replacing them and carrying out commissioning work on equipment with the departure of a service team, as well as providing local agricultural enterprises with both self-propelled and trailed agricultural machinery for field testing.
“Reducing equipment downtime and maintaining its uninterrupted operation is a direct way to reduce production costs in the current market conditions. And ensuring simple and convenient logistics for the supply of spare parts is one of the main approaches to solving this problem,” says Oleg Skobov, Marketing Director of Terra Group. “Therefore, we are confident that the opening of spare parts stores at our branches will provide tangible assistance to our customers already in the coming season.”
If the opening of a new direction proves to be in demand, similar trading floors will appear before the end of the year in 8 dealer centers of Terra Group Group located in Tula, Kaluga, Lipetsk, Tver, Stavropol, Belgorod, Kazan and Tyumen.
The event dedicated to the launch of the project in Orel was supplemented by a practical seminar from the suppliers of the Terra Group Group on the topic of improving the logistics of agricultural operations and reducing the cost of production. Thus, Liliani and FJ Dynamics demonstrated their solutions for optimizing the logistics of sowing and harvesting, and a representative of Bryanskselmash spoke about the technology for the effective introduction of non-arable land into circulation. A pleasant bonus for the guests of the opening of the store was the drawing of an autopilot from FJ Dynamics and certificates for 100,000 and 50,000 rubles, which can be used to purchase equipment or spare parts.
