On March 16, an online seminar of the Glavgosexpertiza of Russia will be held, which will consider topical issues of substantiating design decisions when designing fuel and energy complex facilities, taking into account current legislation.
“The topic of substantiating design decisions is especially in demand in connection with the transfer of many mandatory requirements to the category of voluntary ones. We will discuss with the participants of the seminar what tools and methods they can use when designing fuel and energy complex facilities, including in order to successfully pass the state examination as a result,” – said the head of the Khanty-Mansiysk branch of the Glavgosexpertiza, Yulia Chernova, who will open the seminar and act as a moderator of the round table, which traditionally ends the event.
Within the framework of the seminar, it is planned to touch upon the topics of substantiating design decisions in case of deviation from the requirements of the norms of voluntary application and analyze the features of identification and display of identification information of capital construction facilities in the fuel and energy complex in accordance with the requirements of regulatory and legal acts.
Experts of the Khanty-Mansiysk Branch and the Central Office of the Glavgosexpertiza of Russia will highlight changes in legislation regarding fire safety, including discussing the issues of fire safety requirements for space-planning and structural solutions of buildings and structures, ensuring the fire resistance of protected objects, as well as fire safety requirements in the design heating systems.
Separately, the main changes in the requirements of federal norms and rules in the field of industrial safety in terms of the development of oil and gas fields with an emphasis on hazardous production facilities will be considered, the design features of power supply systems will be disassembled, taking into account current changes in regulatory documentation, including operational safety in the electric power industry. The experts will also review changes in regulatory documents containing requirements for design solutions for equipping fuel and energy facilities with a complex of engineering and technical security equipment.
The identified questions are aimed at design engineers, specialists from design organizations involved in the development of sections of design documentation for oil and gas facilities, including GUIs, customers and other interested parties.
