The Ministry of Agriculture of Russia conducts operational monitoring in the field of lending to the country’s agro-industrial complex. As of March 1, the total amount of loans issued by key banks for seasonal field work amounted to 131.9 billion rubles. This is 18.6% higher than the same period last year. In particular, Rosselkhozbank issued 72 billion rubles, Sberbank – 59.9 billion rubles. Over the same period last year, lending to agricultural enterprises for these purposes amounted to 111.2 billion rubles, including from the Russian Agricultural Bank – in the amount of 65.1 billion rubles, Sberbank – 46.1 billion rubles. …
