As part of the initiative development work, engineers from the Omsk Research Institute of Instrument Engineering (part of Roselectronics) created antenna samples for receiving GPS and GLONASS signals. For this, a technology for manufacturing passive radiators based on high-temperature ceramics with a high dielectric constant was developed. The use of such emitters made it possible to obtain overall dimensions and technical characteristics corresponding to imported analogues.
The equipment can be used both in civilian products and in special-purpose equipment. Serial production of new antennas is planned to be launched this year.
